As a seasoned travel consultant specializing in luxury island getaways, I’m often on the lookout for accommodations that deliver both comfort and value. My recent experience at Roya Al Andalus left much to be desired. Despite my timely request for a change in arrival, there was no communication, which led to a frantic search for alternative accommodations. The reception staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful, leaving me feeling quite frustrated. While the hotel is positioned conveniently close to Masjid Nabwi, the lack of basic services was disappointing. No room service, minimal housekeeping, and a general absence of staff presence made my stay less than enjoyable. For the price range, I expected at least a kettle or complimentary water to be readily available without a long wait. If you’re seeking a balance of luxury versus value, I would urge potential guests to look elsewhere. There are more trustworthy options that provide not just modern amenities but also attentive service.
